If i could give a lower rate, i would but sadly i can not. I was shopping and when i was in one of the self check outs checking my stuff out. I overheard a team lead (i do not know her name) but she was a young slender light skin girl got really rude and snappy with one of her young employees. I also saw her standing around laughing with a young black male and not helping a customer that was waving her down. I do hope the other team leads are better at their jobs than this one. Please talk with her about her lack of knowledge of customer service and treatment to others.

Most of the people that work here are very polite. There is one guy with a very bad attitude and is rude to customers. Seriously makes me want to take my prescription elsewhere. Tall white guy with glasses. Maybe it's time you find a new job??
