This place is full of rude employees that have not been trained in any kind of customer service. In fact, most of them are screwing around with each other not even caring if the customers hears or they are in the way. The self check outs are hit or miss on whether or not they work and you will not know until you are half way done checking your items before an error will show up. The unhelpful employee will grudgingly come over to tell you to move to another register. Guess what. It happened on that register too! This Walmart pharmacy is awesome. Been going for quite some time and never a bad experience. Seth the manager runs a tight and communicative staff. Want to give a shout-out to LaDonna for her patience, knowledge and great customer service. If you want a 'no sting' immunization, Seth is a pro at providing quick and pain-free shots.

I have lived in about 10 different cities and have shopped at Walmart stores in every one of them. Most of the persons that worked there were cordial, and helpful. Some went out of their way to help a customer. I moved to the Shawnee KS area and started shopping at the Walmart grocery store #5308. I have never seen a store manager from Walmart or any other store who has been more arrogant, rude, inconsiderate, non-customer service oriented to the point of ignoring the customers and in some cases belittling them.
