Dr Jessica stone is awful she doesn't care about you at all I went to her and she ignored me and now I find out I need major surgery on my hip to fix the neglect that she caused good job doc now I have to have time off work bc of you yep you said it was all in my head guess what it's not

This might be the most overwhelming experience i’ve ever gone through. I had an ent appointment and drove 2 states for it just to be seen by dr Kriet, the staff was nice however a pre med student saw me before he did. i had a surgery over a year ago and still had a lot of complications. this isn’t my own diagnosis the surgeon that performed my surgery suggested i have might need a follow up surgery and before seeing dr kriet i had a second opinion and was told the same thing complications and collapsing of the nostrils. the dr came in without knocking for one, than rushed the whole thing.(it was less than 6 minutes) to add more damage it was interrupted twice. by the same nurse? or assist. over all he said he saw nothing wrong and said my nose looked fine, he said he saw no such thing as collapsing which 3 surgeons disagreed prior. i wish i saw the reviews before wasting my whole day and driving drown there to feel like crap and cry in the lobby after being disrespected. he clearly didn’t value or care about me as a patient to not even give other solutions or suggest alternatives to say i can’t help you or do anything without apologizing is beyond frustrating. if anybody is thinking about driving or traveling to see this ent dr please dont. or do at your own risk because my bad experience doesn’t mean everyone will experience the same.

I would give this zero stars if I could. Drove over an hour for an appointment that they canceled without notifying me. No manager on duty to even speak with and no reason given for cancellation.

It should NOT be this hard to get ahold of a drs office holy crap!! Prepare to have your appointment cancelled with no explanation, your phone calls transferred multiple times, to be hung up on, sent straight to voicemail and to wait on hold all afternoon.
