Dr. Lee and Sam- dental assistant- we’re absolutely phenomenal this past week. My kiddo had to have a procedure this week. She had gone through one before, but was still apprehensive. Sam took the time to talk my daughter through it, explain all the tools, the things she would feel and the noises to expect. She let me be close to my daughter for comfort if needed- but she didn’t need me because Sam was beyond kind and comforting. She gave positive affirmations, gave her comforting touches, a squeeze ball, etc. She counted down when she could to give her realistic time frames to help her keep the faith. This was our very fist time in the office and it did not disappoint. We were treated like family and the way they explained everything to us was so comforting. They just gained a client for life or as long as thy will have her lol
Sweet tooth Shawnee was incredible. My daughter had her first dentist appointment and she was so comfortable that she didn’t cry once! She didn’t appear nervous at all. The staff were incredibly kind and very gentle. It was easy to sign up for an appointment online so I didn’t have to deal with finding time to call which was super convenient.
Genuinely couldn’t have picked a better place.
