I’ve used PetSuites in Shawnee for boarding on multiple occasions. I have extremely reactive dogs and I often get extremely anxious leaving them in the care of others, but PetSuites does an amazing job. The facilities are clean and I love that they have so many options for enrichment. Whenever I’ve had concerns or issues about anything they were always quickly addressed. I don’t feel the need to look any further for boarding when I’m traveling.
We are frequent flyers and love this spot for our 2 dogs. They are always so excited to be dropped off. Everyone is so friendly and the play group attendants are so good with all the dogs. Special shout out to Karlee who always makes them feel really welcome! She's the best!
I brought my VERY old cat in for boarding and was so worried about her, but the staff at PetSuites was just amazing. They helped her survive a long stay in a place she didn't know and gave her tons of love and tended to her needs (and my worries) with kindness. I am grateful to the staff and would highly recommend this spot. The cat kennels are spacious, but one thing I would recommend bringing yourself if your cat likes to hide is an enclosed soft-shell teepee-style bed for them. While I don't want to have to board her again, if I do need services I will be happy to return to them.
