Thank you, Chase! I chose KC Water Heaters based on the fantastic reviews and they didn’t disappoint. Chase replaced my nearly 30 year old water heater with a new one. I truly appreciated that he never tried to “upsell”’ me—as I’ve had that experience with 4 other well known plumbers in the area. Chase also went above and beyond—-he spotted problems with a gas leak from a furnace and an old water line and fixed them. Great work, fair pricing , incredibly easy to schedule. Thank you!!

Chase runs one of the best businesses I have seen. Transparent prices, saved me money one time: was a complete no brainer to call KC Water Heaters when mine failed. Recommended them to my parents, this is 100% the only company I would ever call for a water heater. Plumbing was top notch, and price was perfect. Still talk to people about what an amazing company this is.

This review is long overdue! Chase replaced our water heater back in January and did a fantastic job. Not only was he incredibly knowledgeable about water heaters and home maintenance in general, but he was so kind in explaining his entire process and rationale for the choices he made when installing our system. Would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs their tank replaced.
