We spoke to several landscapers about the backyard project for our new home but chose Hermes and we’re very glad we did. Alfonso came to our home and we were immediately impressed by his professionalism. He asked lots of questions and he listened. He came back the following week with a landscaping plan that incorporated everything that we asked for and at a reasonable price. Alfonso is a remarkably talented landscape designer and an incredibly detail-oriented project manager. He took the time to understand our vision, added creative ideas I would never have thought of, and managed every detail with precision and care. Started working here years ago, and I have been able.to move up through the ranks. Hermes is very employee centered, and I have had more opportunities to improve my own knowledge base than any job I've ever had before. Great place to work!
