We had a great experience with Harrington Bros. Chrissy and Jordan were very patient in trying to diagnose our issue over the phone to determine whether a service trip would be necessary. When we could not resolve the issue, we were able to get an appointment scheduled for the next day. Jordan came out, resolved the issue, and spent time to show us how to manage the airflow to optimize system performance.
Can't say enough good things about Harrington Brothers. I have used them for 12 years and recently needed to replace my unit. Chrissy made sure the service schedule worked for me and got me all the documentation on the unit I needed. Today Jordon came out and did the spring maintenance. Chrissy again worked with my schedule to complete the work. Sometimes it is difficult to find a business and staff that will provide customer service. This business and Team provides service at the highest level.

Thank you to the Harrington Brothers Team for taking care of my units for the past 12 years. Chrissy always works with me and my schedule and the Technicians show up on time and complete the work as needed. I have NEVER had them suggest additional work. Great service!
