Phenomenal service! From the front desk to the mechanics and managers- they were all very helpful, kind and professional. They kept me up to date on my repair progress, communicated well and did a great job on the car. They even cleaned the whole inside, so definitely above and beyond service here.

Crash Champions was chosen by my auto insurance. It is a modern and spectacular facility. My car was not completed by the original due date. It took an additional two weeks. My insurance company supplied me with a rental car, so being late was not a big issue for me. They did an outstanding job with my car. Looks new again. My car is a 2020 Kia Forte. If you own a Kia, be sure to take it to a dealer to get the anti theft software installed. My Kia was stolen and abandoned. Roughly $7K in damages. I had to change my review because they made an unauthorized charge to my wife's credit card. I had changed my days off twice to pick the car up, but they pushed the completion...read full review

Her calm demeanor and knowledge about cars were phenomenal, I felt at ease after our discussion and look forward to the next steps of getting my car fixed.
