I have been with WM for around 20 years with my business. We just have a 4 yard dumpster. Things are overall smooth on the pick up and the drivers.
Where I have issue with the contracts and billing. Every time my contract expires I have to call and renegotiate my rate to keep it economical. They would charge me 2-3x as much. That is frustrating as a longtime customer.
My other frustration is with their AI cameras finding ways to charge you. This last bill I received had a $100 surcharge noted as "tire incident". I do not dispose of tires. Nor is my dumpster visible or accessible to the public. I called and they sent me a video. The... read full review

Pricing is far too high for residential service, the website is difficult to use for service changes or questions, calling in is better but cant always reach someone. Drivers have been superb!

We have been extremely satisfied with your service. You are punctual and the drivers are courteous. Can't can't ask for more than that. Oh, and the drivers like my cookies.
