Fantastic customer service! Let's be honest here, there are a ton of HVAC companies out there and most will say anything to get a contract signed. Austin, with Dragonfly, actually wants it to be right more than he wants to move on to the next contract. This is a rare attribute and the reason that they will always have my business.
Brad phoned to alert us that we'd be able to do our install early...EARLY, that rarely happens! He was courteous and professional. We had one hiccup during the installation but he was able to resolve it without any problems. ☆☆☆☆ Danny Morris
Ross did such a great job telling me exactly what he thought was going on with our AC unit, while also being patient while my kids wanted to ask questions too. He was very helpful, and didn’t try to push to sell me anything right away. Got my AC working, and cooling my house again!! Safe to say we will most likely use them when we need our AC replaced!
