We had a great experience using them!! They allowed us to take some samples home and try them out before committing to a choice. The installers were very professional and communicated. Well! I would highly recommend them.!
Exceeded expectations from start to finish. Couldn't be happier with the installation and entire experience. Attention to detail was excellent and finished product looks great.
We had the best experience at Paola Carpet and Flooring. We were looking to replace carpet in four bedrooms, a hallway, and a set of stairs. It was a big job. They were wonderful and worked with our schedule, since we had to move large amounts of existing furniture between rooms to get this job done. They had a very large selection to choose from, both regular carpet and stair carpet, and let us take samples home to look at in our home with our lighting. Everyone we worked with there were friendly and informed and their installer was the absolute best! I will not hesitate to use them again. I highly recommend them.
