I had a very good experience. The receptionists were very courteous and kind. Ginger, my licensed massage therapist, did a great job. She is knowledgeable and experienced. The ambiance is great.

Jenny is the absolute best massage therapist! She is attentive not only to the needs of the person on the table, but she also gets to know you on a personal level. When I came in with an issue near and under my shoulder blade, she not only fixed that but recommended a couple of other ways to change my day-to-day routine, and she was right on! So thankful for her! Updated to continue to recommend this day spa. Still top notch and can't wait to go back!

What a delightful birthday treat! I received a gift card for my birthday- 60 min massage, exfoliation treatment, and 30 min infrared sauna! This was by far one of the best massages and spa experiences I have had in a LONNNNG TIME! My massage therapist McKenzie was amazingly skilled and listened to my needs. The front desk staff were wholly inviting and friendly. The environment exuded calmness and tranquility. I highly recommend Ultimate Escape!
