I had a fantastic experience with Pride Cleaners. It has been well over a decade since I last used a dry-cleaning service, and Tina made the entire process simple and stress-free when I dropped off two oversized comforters for a client.
The facility is exceptionally clean, modern, and easy to navigate. I especially appreciated the self-service computer screens for drop-off, along with the convenient text message and email updates throughout the process. The location is ideal, with plenty of parking available.

A bit frustrated by the new automated experience. No person behind the counter now, just a kiosk. When I picked up my laundry I had no way of knowing if the coupon I was wanting to use was applied. The kiosk screen provides no detail on the final bill just the total $ amount. Went ahead and paid for the shirts ( no real choice at that point). When completed asked for a texted receipt with hopes of seeing if the coupon was applied or not. Once again zero detail just the final amount. Tried to give Pride Cleaners a chance to respond internally prior to posting this review, but never received a response. I’m very impressed with this new automated Pride Dry Cleaning location! Ease of drop off & pick-up with a new Pride App makes the total customer experience an overwhelming 10!! What makes this experience complete is a staff on call to assist & ensure to answer any questions when approaching the front kiosk for any & all your laundry / dry cleaning needs!
