I’ve started coming here to have my duvet cleaned and the first time I brought it, I had no issues. The second time I brought it, there was a mishap. Somehow, they split up my duvet and the duvet cover. The cover ended up at another location and was on the delivery truck so I was asked to come back in a few minutes and it’ll be waiting for me. The associate was also nice enough to give me a discount for the mishap.

Wow! The store personnel is friendly and knowledgeable. The factory chemicals from a newly purchased concert dress were completely removed, much to my delight and satisfaction! Definitely going back.

The people at this store are amazing,especially Meredith. Meredith is awesome, she’s attentive, professional, respectful and excellent. She’s just great. Most importantly, she’s veteran friendly. She understands the sacrifices veterans make. She gave me exceptional service today as always! She deserves a promotion and a raise!
