This man is incredible. Our family has taken multiple items to him with incredible results and fast turnaround, but we’ve also taken him items where he’s explained why it would be better to just replace than repair (cheap shoes where replacing the damaged rubber heel would be more than replacing the shoe, damaged leather accents that would require full replacement of the leather designs, etc). Very customer focused with great work. Not the chattiest, but even when his English was more limited he was kind and helpful. Cannot recommend him or his work highly enough.

These 10+ year old boots look like brand new after just taking them in for a sole replacement. I dropped them off this morning and they were finished within a couple of hours. I never imagined that he would also treat and polish the leather. The sole replacement (x2) was $50 + tax which I found affordable given the overall quality of the boots. Excellent workmanship!
