So pleased with my belt repair and getting my shoes repaired here this week! The owner is very kind and does top quality work. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a shoe repair shop in Prairie Village or Kansas City area.
I took a single shoe into Prairie Village Shoe Repair today and I was delighted to discover that the problem was very small and taken care of in a few short minutes. And to my complete surprise, Michael didn’t charge me anything!! It was such a pleasure to be treated with such kindness and thoughtfulness. I will never go to anyone else for shoe repair again :)
My son saved up money from his summer job to by expensive designer shoes (Rick Owens I think?) and took them for a sole repair. The owner is so friendly and knowledgeable and did a wonderful repair. He was so impressed that my kiddo had saved his own money for the shoes that he told his grandson about it - the story goes on, it was emotional and I think we were all teary-eyed and left feeling like there is still good in the world.
