Update*** I still go to Image Aesthetics (now MD Aesthetics) after all of these years. I've been to plastic surgeons, dermatologists, and med spas. I still find better results with MD Aesthetics. I refer everyone who asks me about botox/dysport to him. I still am unsure of why there are so many negative reviews. I have never been dissatisfied with his services. You can go to a plastic surgeon or med spa if you like to pay more, I suppose.
I’m a medical esthetician for 19 years. Have had lots of doctors and nurses give me Botox/Dysport along the years. For those that read the past reviews, that big reddish syringe photo in one of the comments is the numbing cream and not the Botox or Dysport infection just to be clear. The doctor addressed my concerns and my expectations very well. Even though it was my first experience in the office, I can tell you that the results were on point. I don’t have a “surprise” look like I did with the others providers. Not giving 5 stars because I went there 1 time last month but planning to go back in 4 months. I’m very happy with my results, very happy.
I have consistently good results and have been a customer for more than 3 years. I get Botox. If you care about fancy marble statues and alien looking receptionists who speak in a whisper, this is not the place for you. It's not fancy. It IS clean and efficient. All communication is done by text. The Doctor handles all the scheduling and injections personally. He sends texts with specials, all prices are disclosed upfront. He offers same day and next day appointments, and even has weekend availability. I've had Botox in fancy places, and they only difference is the price. He's consistent, fair and my results last nicely.
