Because I have some skin conditions, I was a little hesitant to get a facial. However, I quickly discovered, I was able to discuss my most embarrassing problems with Tamara (with my daughter-in law in the room!) She was non-judgmental, warm, friendly, a great listener, and very accommodating. She has great skill, tact and skincare knowledge. Tamara was able to communicate easily so I felt really comfortable. I also purchased the groupon, and like the previous comment, Tamara has a tight schedule. She isn't very accommodating and also not friendly about it. So if you get your lashes on a Monday, and the $85 refills are due in three weeks, you would think you can get them three Mondays from the time you were last in. No! She doesn't allow it! She wants you to get the refill Sunday or before. So the scheduling was not working, but the way she expresses things are not "friendly." I paid, tipped and told her I wasn't coming back. FYI: she does good lash extensions if that's all you care about

I had a facial last week & I just have to give this place a standing ovation! I have very sensitive skin and am sometimes wary about getting treatments done, but after a consultation with the esthetician, she assured me that she would use only products suitable for me. I also got some waxing done, and I usually get red for days after...not here! My skin looked great after, which is a first for me! I also went shopping over the weekend & actually got compliments on my radiant skin! Very professional & relaxing atmosphere. Also included with the facial is the hand & arm massage with the warm hand mitts. A monthly treatment for me!
