Ryan is a great trainer for my 13 year old son and I. He was very flexible with our schedule and very knowledgeable. My son and I have different goals and workouts but he was able to work with us both at the same time so it was convenient and allowed us to have a mother/son activity together. The environment is wonderful since he really limits how many people are there at one time. We often have the place to ourselves or just one other person. That personal attention is great. I appreciate Ryan’s techniques and how he is able to push both my son and I just enough to feel good and get stronger. Highly recommend!
I’ve started using the sauna at Heart & Hustle for the past two months. I highly recommend you check out what Heart & Hustle has to offer. It’s very convenient and scheduling sessions is great. I work directly with Ryan. He is very responsive. The location in Overland Park is easy to get to, located just off 69 Highway and 151st street. The sauna experience is very relaxing. If you have never used a dry sauna before you are missing out. It’s definitely something that can enhance your fitness routine and has numerous health benefits. I looked at a few other locations that had a sauna, however, Heart & Hustle checked all the boxes.
