I've been going to Lady Jane's for a couple years now because it was close to home. But I've been disappointed the last few times I went there. So I thought I'd go back to Great Clips because I had received a coupon that was a out to expire. I got lucky and only had to wait less than 5 minutes despite the fact they were clearly very busy. It was refreshing to see they were very well staffed, which is something I wasn't used to seeing from the other place. LaLa checked the computer and saw that there was still notes on how I like my hair cut from over 2 years ago. I appreciate that their computer has that feature to keep notes. I have not gone to a Great Clips in years because I have curly hair and it’s hard to find a stylist who can cut curly hair- (if you have curly hair you get it!) I decided to give this location a try and I’m so glad I did! Wendy did a great job!! I showed her a picture of what I was wanting and she went over everything with me first and did exactly what I was hoping for. I will be going to her again in the future.
