Grin Eye Care provides exceptional service with knowledgeable and helpful physicians. The staff is extremely professional, competent, and kind. They offer thorough and informative consultations, explaining things in an easy-to-understand manner. The staff is very friendly and the doctors are nice and take their time. Patients appreciate the great care and concern, feeling comfortable and confident in their treatment, including cataract surgery. They are honest and trustworthy, providing a great experience.
Dr Wongs did my cataract surgery and I am so pleased. Several years later, I still have 20/ 20 visions. I know some people have different results, but mine have been wonderful. I had used glasses or contact lenses since 6th grade. His staff is also wonderful. As with all good docs and very busy days, the waiting times can be 30 to 60 minutes depending on which office you choose. That is not usual. But they all listen to you, answer all questions, and are very professional. I would highly recommend them.
For general eye care, they're the best. When it came time for cataract surgery, I was thrilled when a friend of mine recommended them with their past experience here. When I needed follow ups, they were quick and easy. Highly recommend.
I showed up unannounced today at the Leawood Location in need of a fix of my frames in a hurry because we are leaving on a one week vacation this weekend. Grace black immediately greeted me and asked how she could help me. I explained the situation and she offered me a few few different options of repair versus placing my existing lenses and a donated pair of frames to get me through the trip. She was very confident that she could help me and did some problem-solving ultimately ended up getting me set up so that I could see the vacation that I’m getting ready to take.
