We have always had excellent service from Brightside Plumbing. They scheduled us quickly, even willing to come on weekend if necessary, determined the problem, and fixed it. Previously, they installed shutoff valves and fixed a garbage disposal drainage issue. Most recently, it was a problem with a dishwasher installation from the seller who said we needed a part before they could finish. Brightside determined the part wasn’t needed and solved our problem with the sink water emptying onto the floor caused from dishwasher.

James and his helper Logan were extremely professional, knowledgeable and eager to please. Also very courteous and did not leave until all our issues were resolved. We are sold on Bright Side and will recommend them if ever asked for a reliable plumber.Service: Shower repair

I just had Thomas, with Bright Side Plumbing, out to look at and repair my garbage disposal. He was available earlier than expected and called first to see if it was okay to stop by before the original time frame. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He quoted replacement prices since the disposal is older but was understanding when I explained that a replacement was out of our budget. He was able repair the problem for a reasonable price and even gave my dogs some love before he left!Service: Garbage disposal repair
