I’m so happy that I found Kristine and The Lash Lounge! Kristine is the absolute sweetest and AMAZING at what she does. She goes above and beyond every single time! She nailed the look I was going for and made my lashes look WOW! They offer an atmosphere of professionalism while still being modern and engaging. To say I’m happy is an understatement!! I can’t go without mentioning how welcoming and efficient Abby is. She’s the pleasant voice when you call the shop, and the warm smile that greets you when you walk in the door. I've never had lash extensions and was nervous but Brianna took extra time to explain my options, she me the types of lashes, and make sure I was comfortable with my choice. She explained what she was doing while she did it, which I appreciated, and at the end I loved my hybrid level 2 lashes!!!
