I had an excellent experience and would highly recommend Heating and Cooling KC. Rabah was great to work with. He gave me a fair quote. A little cheaper than the big shops. He communicated well what he was going to do to address our cooling issues and showed me several pictures of the completed work. He was very punctual and got the work done efficiently.
Rabah was absolutely amazing! He came out for what I thought was just a routine AC maintenance visit, but he took the time to thoroughly inspect everything, clean my unit and the motor, and explain exactly what he found.
What I appreciated most was that he never came across as pushy or like a salesperson. He simply explained what needed attention, what he recommended, and let me make my own decision. His prices were fair, and his customer service was exceptional.
