Caleb was smart, kind, professional, clearly knows his product. Sales meeting and estimate was 45 mins and he had detailed estimate to me same day. Price was competitive (in the middle of the 3 bids i got) but the team was so professional I felt confident. Scheduling the floor coating was also easy and they worked around my timeline.
