Adam at Payless Flooring was a stellar guy in our book!!! He went above and beyond to meet our needs! His crew removed all old carpet & pad in our newly purchased house, and laid all new pad & carpet in 2 days! The guys worked hard and stayed until the whole job was finished! We cannot thank them enough! Adam was 100% accessible by phone, text, or email, even on weekends! He responded to any questions or concerns we had promptly!

We worked with Payless floor Coverings on flooring projects for two of our homes — getting one ready to sell and completing a full floor renovation in our new home. Both turned out absolutely great. Walter was wonderful to work with: very knowledgeable, honest, and responsive. He gave us excellent advice and recommendations that made the entire process run smoothly. Walter and his team did a fantastic job replacing my carpet, adding hardwood floors and sanding the existing ones to make them all match. Very easy and accommodating to work with. They painted a couple of the hardwood floor colors I had decided on as samples so I could make a decision on the color. I would highly recommend and will use them again for the rest of my house.
