Diamond Duct Cleaning truly deserves every one of these five stars! From the moment I called, Jeff and his crew were on it. They arrived promptly and did an incredible job cleaning out all our duct vents, finally getting rid of that persistent musty odor. Their professionalism and courteousness were top-notch, and they clearly knew their stuff. After the work was done, they provided a thorough and helpful recap of all the services performed. I highly recommend Jeff and his exceptional team - you won't be disappointed!
Jeff did a great job cleaning the ducts in an existing house we purchased. He was able to come out quickly to give an estimate and completed the job several days later. I was home when he was doing the cleaning and he showed me some of the debris he was getting out of the ducts. I'll be reaching back out to Jeff the next time I need ducts cleaned.
Diamond Duct came out about a month ago to clean our dryer vents (which I don't think had ever been cleaned on our almost 30 yr old house). Not long after, we started seeing a lot of moisture and other evidence that maybe there was still an issue with the vent. I called Diamond Duct this morning and he came back out within a few hours to do additional work. He was very apologetic that he needed to come back out. I really appreciate the quick turnaround and everything looks to be good now. I would use Diamond Duct again.
