This was our first time using Stanley Steemer and the experience was a great one. Will definitely be using them again. Arson was very professional and walked through everything with me and returned my carpets to their original look.
Always have good luck with Stanley Steamer. My carpet looks clean but the tech was supposed to put a deodorizer in one room and it still has a bad smell so not happy about that. Also the tech left a lot of water in the carpet. Three days later I still have wet spots.
Desmond was by far the most customer focused technician we’ve ever had! He came out to Re-clean on our stairs as the first round was done super quick and left streaky.
Desmond took the time to explain the process, and apologize on behalf of the company. You don’t really hear things like that these days. Thank you for such a great job.
