Dan and his team did an excellent job on our deck. We had them do a full tear down and rebuild, adding a covered (roof) area. We chose DW Elite because we knew this was a large project with engineers needed to navigate the weight load of the roof and all of the regulations. They were on time like
Clockwork every day and always showed up. He communicated (very detailed) expectations up front and all throughout the process. Any hiccup we incurred along the way was faced head on with open communication and a plan forward. We desperately needed to replace a 28 year old deck tormented by squirrels and some rotting boards. We narrowed companies based on ratings, reviews, references and services down to 4 key contenders. We decided on a screened in deck as the sun and bugs had limited our previous deck use. DW decks impressed us with their website content, video descriptions and ratings. Estimates were fairly similar across companies but we found some cookie cutter approaches and vague details with some companies as well as more of a selling approach. I had no real idea of what a “Under Deck ceiling in tailed to install or if they really worked at all we’ll let me tell you if your thinking about one this is the company I would suggest you look into not only is there product the best also about the installation team you get to properly install and I must say this is where the project is at the most crucial stage …you will never go wrong with these guys and you will truly enjoy your ceiling for many years to come I know I will… you can too
