First time dealing with this company. The people who answer the phone are pleasant, listen to your needs, and helpful to find the right part. I used them to purchase a Rheem fan motor and get to me in a certain number of days. Lots of shipping options. If needed, I will use them again.

Tried to return a brand new part that had brevet been run in a furnace after we decided to get a new unit instead of fixing our old unit. Was told they don’t take returns. Now I’m stuck with part I don’t need and am out my money.

Our furnace blower went out this past Saturday. We showed up Monday morning with the entire assembly for our Lennox furnace that had been incorrectly installed in the past. Counter service tech was super nice, super helpful and gave us the exact correct parts. The parts were in stock and my husband was able to install the same day. Super customer service!

I'm so happy I found this place! My furnace started making a horrible noise Friday evening. My cousin referred me to HVAC Parts Shop, and I'm glad he did.I showed up this past Saturday when they opened, and Rick assisted me with finding the parts for my furnace. Rick did an excellent job and had great customer service skills, which seems to be hard to find these days. Rick even went above and beyond to call me and let me know that I had left my debit card there on the counter. I can't thank Rick enough for all of the help he gave me!IF YOU NEED PARTS FOR YOUR FURNACE OR AC, THIS IS THE PLACE! It's great to have a place that DIYers, like myself, have a place to buy parts since most places don't sell to public anymore.

Our HVAC Blower Motor was burnt in June. HVACPartsShop offered the best price for the replacement motor. Oh boy! What a mistake. Order #127964. I ordered 2 blower motors and both turned out to be faulty. They honored a refund request but I had to spend so much money on 2nd reviews, multiple installs and pain & suffering for 3 weeks when, I didn't have AC. I demanded double the money I paid but was never successful. Be aware of the TRAN 1/2 HP replacement Blower Motors.
