Emily was my daughters stylist, she was so amazing with her. She was kind, patient, and very well knowledgeable about what kind of cut she could get and how to maintain it. She was also very precise about making sure it was even and cut well, she wasn't doing a rush job. Most importanly she was concerned about making my daughter feel confident with her new look and that she liked it. Absolutely loved Emily and I'm so glad she got paired with my daughter. Amazing experience hope we get her again!!!

My son gets his hair cut here and we always have a wonderful experience. If there is something that he does not like about the hair cut they happily fix it! The customer service is wonderful they are prompt and very nice!

Got a haircut for my 3 year old, he wasn’t the most cooperative on the day, just being a toddler. But the hair dresser did not try much either. We got back home and realized that cut was very obviously uneven, we waited for few days thinking it might look better but we had to go back to get it fixed since his birthday party is coming soon. We called great clips and requested whether we could get him back for a touch up, they generously accepted and this time Lauren ( not the lady who cut his hair the first time) did an amazing job. She’s gentle and patient with kids. Thank you Lauren. We are happy with his cut now!
