Jake and I reached out to Jolene as we were looking to relocate back to Manhattan from the KC area. From the very beginning, Jolene was extremely efficient and explained the process clearly for us so we knew exactly what to expect going forward. With having to also sell our home in KC, Jolene was always just a call or text away if we had questions. She communicated with our lender, helped facilitate the purchase of our home in Manhattan, and ensured that the two lined up perfectly. She even went above and beyond to help us retain our Manhattan dream home we had already found, after the first buyer of our KC home fell through last minute. Jolene was a godsend in the home-buying process and we couldn’t have done it without her! Thank you for everything, Jolene!
