Brice, a Kansas State Alumni with a degree in Horticulture & Business, has deep knowledge of the Manhattan area community and market. Eliza, a key team member, specializes in assisting first-time home buyers by providing clear explanations, answering questions, and offering helpful resource recommendations to improve properties. Her patience and support helped a client successfully purchase a home, while also making the selling process smooth for out-of-state clients by guiding them through each step and prioritizing their best interests. The team at Resource Real Estate Group offers professional and personalized services, with Brice's energy and local expertise making the home buying and selling experience easier and more successful.
Brice and his team were great to work with when selling our home. He met with us to discuss the pros and cons of moving and selling, the current financial market, and was up front and honest the entire time. Prior to selling, he and his assistant Pam, provided us with a detailed list of what we could/should do to get our our home ready to list, photograph and sell, which was very helpful to someone who had never sold a home before and had lived there a long time. He and Pam were very communicative about how the listing process would work and how showings would happen. Brice Ebert was the realtor we used to sell our house. He answered all our questions, guided us through the selling process, and helped us choose the best offer from the multiple offers we received. We will definitely ask Brice to be our realtor again in the future.

Brice is home grown which means he knows the area and market very well. As an added bonus, he runs a property management company (Alliance property Management), so he knows what to look for in a home and has multiple vendors to call on if the home you’re selling or buying needs to level up.
