We were TOTALLY impressed with the team from Innerworks that installed the roller blinds at The Scoular Company in Overland Park. They were here first thing in the morning ready to work and that didn’t stop even during our power outages that popped up throughout the afternoon. The staff were friendly and responsive, addressing all our questions promptly. Their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction were evident throughout the process. P.S. We had a remote controlled blind that wasn’t working correctly. The solution took a few attempts and was not easy to troubleshoot and solve but Caley, Bret and all of the repair/install technicians did not give up until it was working correctly. I appreciate them working with me until it was back to normal function!
