This is the best group my father has had. I really like that they have a live person (usually a nurse) screening the calls as they come in and that they have an emergency back up company that can get to you when they can't. I want to give a Kudos to Glenn (sp?) who took my call this morning. She was engaged, understanding and helpful. I really appreciated that she seemed to genuinely care and listened to the problems we were having. She offered fast service even though they were short staffed and offered to follow up if we couldn't get someone out today. It gave me peace of mind which hasn't always been the case in these situations. Thanks Glenn!!!!
The PT and OT personel are outstanding, kind, and knowledgeable about their services they offer people. They are helping me get stronger as I recover I can't think of a better group to help me do this!
