The staff at this company are amazing, responsive, and exceptionally friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They are very accommodating and supportive with everything from new equipment and insurance. The entire staff works together as a team to resolve every issue and provide the equipment needed. Lisa was wonderful to work with and expedited a request. American Home Patient is a highly recommended provider of durable medical equipment.
Amanda S was very helpful to me at the Strang Line Rd., Lenexa, KS. She spent time explaining my new head set that my doctor ordered because I am a mouth breather. She also showed me how to get the app for My Air. Amanda was very patient with me & I did not feel rushed.
AMAZING from day 1!! I had a terrible experience with my last provider and they were so helpful from the start! They were very accommodating and supportive with everything from new equipment, previous supplier, insurance and anything else. Helped to resolve every issue I had. I would highly recommend THIS office ONLY for any and all of your oxygen or medical supply needs!!! They KNOW customer service and are VERY professional!!! I just can’t say enough good things about THIS facility!!
When my spouse and I visited their shop, the entire staff & their manager were exceptionally friendly, helpful & knowledgeable. At one time the entire staff, including their manager, were working together as a team to provide me with the equipment I needed & to complete the necessary paperwork. This was an outstanding experience and I heartily recommend them for your medical equipment needs.
