The team is always happy to assist with any adjustments or repairs, making it a go-to place for eyewear needs. This location is a standard-bearer for what all Warby locations should strive for, with kind, courteous, informative, and attentive staff. The store also offers easy appointment scheduling through the Warby Parker app, and the staff are attentive and helpful in selecting frames that fit the customer's face. However, some customers have experienced delays in receiving their orders due to the use of the US Postal Service for shipping, which has led to extended delivery times. Overall, the store provides a positive and efficient experience for customers in need of eyewear.
Everyone was so incredibly friendly and not pushy. They had excellent knowledge of the insurance process, and also their glasses selection. Most people would assume the sales people would know MOST things about the frames, but the woman we worked with had a quiet, confident knowledge and was SO helpful. The one downside about Warby Parker as a company, not this store in particular, is that they only have two types of progressive lenses. One that insurances take and one that insurances do not. If they had a third, which bridged the gap, such as many other places do (including Zenni optical online), more people would be able to use their insurance.
Quick change of lenses to a new frame (my older frame was accidentally broken the night before). I had assumed this would take a few weeks to replace, but it was less than 10 minutes in the store!
As soon as I walked in I was greeted by one of the experts. They helped walk me thru multiple options and narrowed it down to few styles. Then they offered multiple fine tuning options and we settled on the frame. Then they discussed options in details for add ons and ran my insurance and submitted a claim on my behalf all before I left. Experience was so great I bought a spare pair for a discount. Will shop there again in future
