I’ll admit all of the negative reviews had me apprehensive about going into this store for an upgrade to my glasses, but I’m glad I decided to take all of the one-star reviews with a grain of salt. The service was 5-star and I bought frames that you won’t see at any of the national chain stores in town. It was well worth the drive from Lee’s Summit. I highly recommend Romanelli Optix.

The service here is next level. Went in on the off chance they could do a quick repair on a pair of sunglasses I hadn't even purchased there and they did it free of charge! I will definitely be taking my prescriptions there in the future as their selection is incredible and were very open to helping me understand which styles fit my face.

This store has the best selection of the David Spencer frames I love! McKenzie and David, who work there, are so helpful and make it fun to shop and try things on. McKenzie is gifted when it comes to knowing what colors would look great on you and complement your wardrobe. I had no idea I'd love the pink version of the white glasses I came in for, but she knew it was worth trying. The final product is great. They checked my PD twice to make sure it was accurate. And the glasses were done faster than expected, in just a couple days. Would go there for my next pair.
