This was the place I chose to do Red Light therapy for the 1st time and I'm SO glad I did! The space is so cute, warm, and inviting. Decorated with plants and crystals - 2 of my favorite things! ? Plus the owners are amazing humans and I always love seeing Rick and Jessica whenever I stop in! The red light bed always gives me time to really relax and even get in a quick nap. It lowers my inflammation and helps with pain. I love going here! Get the big package! ❤️?
My experience with Red Light Therapy at Red Spectrum Health has been wonderful! After just 3 sessions my energy level had improved so much that I no longer needed to drink a caffeinated beverage to get through the afternoon and I am powering through my workouts. Now that I’ve had regular sessions for several months I’m seeing improvements in my hair and skin as well as a decrease in body aches. It’s a warm and inviting office with a friendly, knowledgeable staff. Highly recommend!!
I'm so glad I found this place! Red light therapy has been a God send. I feel less pain in my right knee. I see a difference in my energy level and sleep better at night. Am added benefit has been seeing some of my skin tighten in various areas.
