Mike came to my house after the baseball sized hail storm in Kansas City. I called the day before and he was at my house the next day. He was very kind, thorough and gave me all the information I needed to start my claim and get the process going. I am looking forward to working with him! Next Level exceeded expectations. They replaced the roof, gutters, some interior paint, a door, and window screens. Everything was completed in an incredibly timely manner. Lukas was very responsive and easy to reach - from working with my insurance adjuster to providing scheduling updates throughout the job. Plus, neighbors complemented us on the roof color that was recommended.
