I came here for an after hours Kirtan Event and the energy was lovely. The studio is beautiful- the room is large and a gorgeous mural is painted on the walls. The decor was tastefully crafted to enhance good vibes and provide a sacred space for like minded people to commune. I did hear that the studio is moving across the parking lot, so I imagine the space will be larger but just as inviting.
Gretchan is an awesome person and a great teacher of a great art that is yoga. If you are looking to make a positive change in your life then this is the great place to start. I met gretchan when I lived i overland park and would visit her studio in leawood/prairie village and always had a great experience and a great workout for the mind and body. I now live in fort myers florida and miss Gretchan and the studio.
