I had a wonderful experience with Paula at the Lawrence location. I was referred by my urogyn for pain following a pelvic sugery. She was professional and engaging at each visit. With her help I can now say that I am almost 100% better.
Addie is excellent at what she does. She is a fantastic listener but she also is incredible at educating and offering helpful tools, exercises, supports, and solutions to what you’re going through. She meets you where you’re at while gently leading you forward to your goals. Physical therapy is a commitment but it is so important and so worth it and I am thankful to have had Addie and her expertise in my corner!
I can’t say enough good things about Paula. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and genuinely sensitive to topics that could be triggering. She really listens—taking everything into account, even when it doesn’t seem directly related—and makes you feel understood and supported. She’s both relatable and reliable, which makes opening up so much easier.
Her office is clean, welcoming, and has a comforting atmosphere that doesn’t feel intimidating at all.
