She even offered to share photos of past arrangements that aligned with my ideas, which made the process feel collaborative and personalized. Branches and Twigs also has a fantastic website that made ordering a breeze—payment was simple, and I was able to include personalized messages and design notes with ease.

Andrea was incredibly flexible and worked with me to create something that was not only exactly what I imagined, but even more beautiful. She sent me a photo of the finished arrangement and let me know once it had been hand-delivered. The recipient was deeply touched and couldn’t stop raving about both the flowers and the lovely person who delivered them.

Both days I called I spoke with Patty, who was helpful and nice even though I could tell she was busy. She was great, and I’m not sure who actually made the delivery but my friend said the delivery lady was very sweet. The arrangement looked like the reference photo and was exactly what I ordered. “Love this little shop! It brings to life some of the KC pride we're known for, and is made up of local artisans from all around KC. My go-tos here are for small kids and babies as they have some quality, unique stuff. I did strike out looking for Chiefs themed stuff during Super Bowl week, but that's kind of to be expected. I would love some more headbands, socks, etc. for my girls so just something to note. They have tons of gifty things like candles, dog bandanas, sweatshirts, and lately lots of Taylor + Travis themed stuff. I think there are a few locations around KC but with this one being closest to me, it's the one I'll go to the most. Keep doing your thing!“
