Scam business - do not buy! I found their website via maps and did not do my due diligence before ordering. This is a complete scam business and will not provide anything close to what you pay for. I ordered a bouquet for Valentine's two weeks in advance and was emailed a day before my pickup that their store had moved locations but would still provide free delivery. I called to get things figured out, but their phone number does not work. I have never been more upset with myself for not looking for reviews first. Not sure how this business is still operational and promoted online.

THIS IS A SCAM!!! Do not use this business! I placed online order and noticed they had made a mistake so I tried calling. The phone number does not work!!!! I was charged for the WORST arrangement, delivered the wrong day, with no sympathy card!!! It was NOTHING like I paid for. The poor, sad recipients didn’t even know where or who it came from.
Going to the State Attorney General now.

If I could give them a zero, I would give them a zero. I ordered a B well bouquet for my daughter who just recently had surgery and I also ordered a box of chocolates. She did not get the chocolates which I paid for and the bouquet looked nothing like the picture. I have tried to call them, but for some reason, their call will not go through. I can call everybody else. I wanna call but their call always fails. I will never use Always let everybody know what a scam business they are The picture on the left is what I ordered. The picture on the right is what I got. I could’ve done better by going to Hy-Vee and ordering a bouquet
