Animal Health Center of Leawood is a full-service veterinary facility for dogs and cats, offering comprehensive exams, wellness care, medical treatment, digital radiography, dental services, and safe surgical options. The center is dedicated to providing the best in preventative and illness care. There is an obvious love for the animals with all the wonderful staff. Everything is done with the utmost quality, from the friendliness and professionalism of the staff, to the knowledge, clinical expertise, and compassion of the vets. Dr. McClain is wonderful and sits on the floor with her patients. Clients know their furbaby is in the BEST hands and trust the team completely to do what's best for their pets.
Cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Hannah Vaughn!! (We followed her from her previous practice. She has always been so supportive and thorough with our dog, Ivy.) Everyone there “front of the house to back of the house” is incredibly kind. 10/10 would recommend! We recently relocated to another state and miss Dr. Vaughn and the entire team immensely.
We needed to find a new vet who could better meet the needs of our senior dog. AHC was recommended by multiple friends and we are so thankful we found them. Everyone involved was professional and thorough and you can tell the staff loves what they do. We look forward to continuing our care here and would absolutely recommend this practice to anyone who is wanting the best for their pets
