“My dogs have had a bad experience with a previous groomer and were very stressed after that incident, when I picked them up from Roverwood they were happy and not at all stressed, my 14 year old girl with arthritis was not at all sore or worn out. Thank you for taking good care of the critters!!“

“Staff is friendly, but groomer is sub par at best. The cut our doodle got was extremely uneven, looked very rushed and as if no care was taken at all. Photos were sent in of what we wanted and what got was NOTHING like the pictures. Sara however was very apologetic to the situation and did refund our money. I've heard wonderful things about their doggy daycare and boarding, just not grooming. Left 4 stars because the rest of the staff and Sara were kind and helpful with our situation.“
