If I could rate no stars I would
Jodi is difficult to get a hold of which is concerning since she is a vital point of contact
you have to deal with her to get employees set up.
The employees they send you aren’t trained and you have to do the training to show them how to care for your loved ones.
Takes them more than two weeks to get someone set up and hired so they can start working.
Jodi Tillett Thank you for showing me what kind of person you are on your best behavior as someone with the authority to hire others. I can only imagine how awful you are on a day-to-day basis and I am no longer interested in working in that toxic environment after your terrible attitude during my interview. I appreciate the heads-up before any more of my time is wasted because I dodged a major bullet. Your company needs reconsider letting you continue representing them and judging by the comments I'm not the only one who thinks this way. Terrible all around .
The office staff is horrible to deal with. Very unhelpful. Not sure what they get paid to do because they don’t help you with anything. Absolutely NO compassion!!!!! Jody is horrible to work with.
