I haven't seen an optometrist for several years, but the staff and doctors at Eye Doctors made me feel comfortable and were very helpful. From Ruth who initially met with me, Dr. Brown who was professional and thorough on my exam, and Hayley who was the best when it came to checking out eyewear and discussing payment options with me, I had a very positive experience. Last month I was in town from North Carolina for a family emergency when I had somewhat of a contact emergency. Since I was previously a patient before moving out of state, Cindy and Allie did not hesitate to help me. I was able to stay in my contacts for the duration of my stay un town thanks to them! A+ customer service!
Today I saw Dr. Hamilton for the first time. She was great. I was a long time Dr. Harvat patient and have been missing my experience with him. Today restored my faith in The Eye Doctors (TED).
