Though I live in OP and Ted only services the Lawrence area, he called me back promptly and spent a full 15 minutes to help me diagnose the issues with my fridge and how best to solve them with absolutely nothing in it for him.

Ted provides Great service. Only appliance repair I trust in Lawrence. He is honest, trustworthy and is thorough with the job. Have used to fix my washer, dryer and now dishwasher. Will continue to use for all my needs.
