Ted did a great job servicing granddaughters dryer. He was able to diagnose the problem was back few days later with the parts . Was very professional, polite, and showed up for the job within the timeframe given. He went out of his way to come back a couple of days later to replace some hoses on the washer that he noticed needed to be maintained! Thank you Ted, we have found our go to appliance repairman!

Though I live in OP and Ted only services the Lawrence area, he called me back promptly and spent a full 15 minutes to help me diagnose the issues with my fridge and how best to solve them with absolutely nothing in it for him.
